There was yet another spiderman series from 1994-98, not sure if you were aware of that one.

I used to bunk school for this stupid cartoon in the 80s…if I remember correctly it was thursdays at 3:00 pm …I think it was retelecast in DD…used to come b4 giant robo or something…
but yes the original cartoon is better than spiderman-3..
