Reliance is a terrible, terrible, terrible service provider.
They really suck!
So much that I wouldn’t be surprised if they do this.
They cut my phone lines off without checking their data on bills. Their billing system totally sucks. Their customer care personnel suck. Their collection agents suck too!
The irony of it all, it is we the subscribers who are the real suckers at the end of the day! Very sad exit route, that its almost a trap!
Now, they’ve all of a sudden changed the number cuz they’ve been told to introduce ten-digit numbering. Couldn’t they have got a system in place before screwing up our lives?
The bigger irony, they stand for anything but reliance…
I’m really pissed.

Reliance probably takes the cake as worst service provider. It’s not that others are any good (Have bad experiences with 2 others)- All of them seem to have only 1 mantra – Engalaaku Pidikatha Varthai – Customer Service.

plus like i told u, the exit plan is bad… u gotta pay them money to surrender the fone if u do it b4 3 years… its been only a year and 2 months since i got teh fone… long way to go!
