I started out quite formally because we were shooting it for a TV interview but as we got into it, I think we both forgot the camera was rolling. I recorded the audio from my phone and compressed the file size to one-tenths of the original for the podcast.
Do spread the word about the movie. Don’t miss it because it’s not everyday we get a film made like this in Tamil.
Do listen to the webcast for my review of the film. I have shared my views on the film with him during the chat at his place. We recorded this two weeks ago. And for the record, the last 15 minutes of the chat was completely off camera.

the podcast begins as you arrive at the blog automatically.seems to work fine here.
Are you using firefox?
in any case, you can access the source file by clicking on the post header. it will direct you to the archive.org site where the content is hosted.

sudhish – I tried both firefox and IE – the podcast doesn’t play automatically. the external link doesn’t work either. I’ll try it from a different computer and see what happens.

Intially I too faced the same problem (I am using IE7). Got a message asking me to download and install Quicktime player to play the clip. The podcast plays once u do that. Also try and install Real player 11 which allows you to save the clip to your PC.

it’s not starting automatically in IE 6 or FF 2 – pl. fix it.
it does show up after a while – but the volume is painfully low – even setting the vol at max doesn’t help …

heh, thanks for this podcast sudhish. interesting interview that i heard in a while, and heh, it was hilarious when madhavan sweared, i started laughing, icould imagine his face expression. but interesting conversation, saw dhombivilli fast a couple weeks ago, am waiting for evano oruvan to see how madhavan portrays a regular character without any bravado.
when is the interview going to be broadcast on television and on which channel?? can hardly wait!!

please try using headphones cuz the original file size was over 30mb, brought it down to 3mb for 35mins. With headphones it is quite clear to listen to.

It takes about a minute or two to load depending on your internet speed. Hope you were able to listen to it and watch the movie. do spread the word.

if you just click on the title of the blog post, it would take you to archive dot org where the source file has been uploaded to. and you should be able to download it from there.

Watched the movie Sudhish. It was fantastic. It would have been better had the assholes sitting behind me choose some other movie. The morons irritated me and distracted from watching the movie with their silly comments. I don’t think I can exactly review the entire movie so just have written what came to my mind. Nothing new to add to what you must have already known but I just hope people who read it, do develop an interest in watching the movie. Word of mouth helps! Have you seen “Onbathu Rupai nottu”? Any views? I heard it was good, so planning to watch it in the theater.
